Using Pyramid Model Framework for Inclusion of All Families

The Pyramid Model is a framework of evidence-based practices for promoting young children’s healthy social and emotional development. The model builds upon a tiered public health approach to providing universal supports to all children to promote wellness, targeted services to those who need more support, and intensive services to those who need them. The most important and first tier is a healthy and effective workforce. In this session, I will give a brief introduction to the first tier and how it supports wellness in staff, children, and families, and then we will go through some readiness reflections and discuss how this could look in your agency.
