Sometimes people may feel the term “health equity for all” is too
complex. This two-part session introduces CEL’s values-based approach and how to
operationalize it. How do we engage diverse voices, such as voices we hear and
voices we don’t hear? What needs to be done to create space for those who agree
with us and those who do not? As leaders, we help create environments that not only
extends an invitation for deeper creativity, we co-create one that is innovative and
sustainable. Participants are encouraged to attend both sessions and bring an
issue(s) they are working on.
