Based on the NAEYC book "Advancing Equity and Embracing Diversity in Early Education" chapters 1 and 2. This course is designed to have participants think critically about their own equity lens and the history of equity in early education. This class will have many introspective moments with discussions and conversations following. This is a time to learn about ourselves and see the view from others too.
