Movement for Learning

Movement activities are crticial for health and learning in young children. Skills and control developed through gross motor activities affect the development in other domains as well. Physical activity is a key strategy identified to impact chlidren's health. We will explore a combination of movement curriculum activitiy ideas from Brain Gym, Bal-A-Vis-X, I Am Moving/I Am Learning.
