Examining the 5 Pillars and Implementing These Within Your Life
Within this session, participants will spend time examining the 5 pillars of resiliency and create a plan to implement these values within their everyday lives. We will highlight the importance of these pillars (self-awareness, mindfulness, self-care, positive relationships, and purpose) to strengthen our resiliency.
