Stress in the Lives of Children

As children learn to cope with stress they may express their stress in a variety of ways, including tantrums, crying, nervous motor behaviors, and/or aggressive behaviors.  In this class we will explore how children experience stress, talk about strategies for helping children identify and manage their stress, as well as learn some fun activities that can be done in the classroom to help children become more relaxed and centered.
