Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs) and the Brain Architect Game

This presentation provides an overview of the NEAR (Neuroscience, epigenetics, Adverse
Childhood Experience study, and Regulation/Resilience). The impact of NEAR on brain
development. health, and behavior is discussed. Small group work playing a brain architect
game applies the NEAR science in a hands-on approach to "building a brain".
