Taking a group of workers and making a cohesive team with a common purpose and the ability to communicate effectively is essential to maintaining a quality environment. This training will look at team building activities plus what are the roadblocks and most effective methods to build a team working unitedly toward a common goal. It all begins at the top.

This is a two night class you are expected to participate both nights

The family child care scholarship will pay for this class. If class is on multiple days you need to attend both sessions.

Fee: $120, additional staff from same program site $30.00 each. (max 2 discounted participants per site, max 6 discounted participants per class).
