El Aire Libre Me Cuida
In this training we will discover the many ways in which the outdoors benefits children in terms of health and development. We will identify the relationship between outdoor play and the immune system under various weather conditions, as well as understand common causes of illness and the spread of disease. At the end, we will introduce a variety of activities that we can practice outdoors.
