Education course how to incorporate child with the chronic condition ( Diabetes) into daycare
a) Child on Insulin (mechanism of action of Insulin, correct way of administration, storage).
b) “Red flags”- symptoms that blood sugar dropped- action. Symptoms that blood sugar is high (-action).
c) Dietary restrictions, and calculation of carbohydrate during each meal
d) Tight collaboration with the family- getting updated on changes recommend by the doctor.
