In this session you will have an opportunity to explore strategies to help providers read their PDS and determine what PD they need to advance, explore methods to help providers access and fill out Oregon Registry Step applications. In addition, you will apply strategies to help providers fill out the Professional Development Plan and explore resources available for ongoing professional development.
