It's difficult to practice self-care after work hours. Why not engage in play at work? Join in exploring the importance of play for children and adults. We will discuss play and child development, inequities in play, what play looks like for adults, and how to embed play in the workplace. This session includes playtime because play is for grown-ups, too!
