Our state of mind in a positive mental health state is characterized by emotional well-being and good behavioral adjustment between other factors that allow us to develop constructive relationships and cope with stress in our life. Participants will learn how to address the negative effects of stress in healthy ways.
Nuestro estado de ánimo en un estado de salud mental positivo, entre otros factores, se caracteriza por el bienestar emocional y un buen ajuste conductual que nos permiten desarrollar relaciones constructivas y sobrellevar el estrés en nuestra vida. Los participantes aprenderán cómo abordar los efectos negativos del estrés de manera saludable.
