In this training session, we will explore our core values and how these values show up in our teaching with young children. We will spend time discovering our passion for why we are in the field of child care to enhance our outreach/advertising to potential families in our community. Participants will examine different leadership styles and arrive at one or a few that represent them as leaders. This training session will inspire you to reflect on who you are as an early educator and business owner.
