211info… What do you Need to Know?

211info invites professionals who work with families and children across Oregon to deepen their knowledge of community resources that promote individual and family health, such as food, clothing, weatherization, electric bill payment assistance, medical care, parenting classes, custody matters, and much more. Come learn how to connect the families you work with to a broad range of resources through a demonstration of how our Community Information Specialists work with callers, how clients can receive the same level of service through texting, and how to use the resource database at 211info.org
