Participants will explore strategies to support young children's emotional and behavioral development to create safer early childhood environments. Examine how implicit bias impacts responses to children's behavior. Apply the pyramid model to identify effective interventions to match where children's behavior falls on the escalation cycle. Strategize approaches for positive de-escalation and relationship-building with children.
