Yoga for Young Children
Learn to Teach Yoga and Mindfulness to Kids Ages 3-12
This 8 hour, highly interactive training will prepare participants to begin sharing yoga and mindfulness with kids ages 3-12 both inside and outside the classroom. Participants will learn, practice, and develop their own program of child-friendly yoga poses and games, breathing exercises, mindfulness activities, and relaxation techniques. Training includes a manual, a useful list of resources, and lots of inspiration. No prior yoga experience is needed.
