The Oregon Quality and Improvement System (QRIS), known as Spark, awards star ratings to child care programs that commit to continuous improvement and meet quality standards above minimum (licensing) standards. This training introduces you to the quality improvement process and connects you with resources and support to start making positive changes in your program by participating in Spark.
