A Sense of Self and Cultural Understanding
This training will examine the perspectives which shape cultural identity in self and children. It will demonstrate how children develop a sense of self and the importance of resilience in our work as early childhood educators. We will explore the influence of culture and strategize ways to support children’s sense of self through experiences, activities, and the environment.
