Learning strategies to manage stress and prevent burnout
Mindfulness and stress reduction strategies to help educators manage their own stress, stay more positive while working with kids, and avoid burn-out. We will practice mindfulness strategies such as breathing patterns and visualization, learn about self-care strategies and the importance of taking time to care for oneself.
