Educators will learn what are healthy habits, how long it takes to create healthy habits in infants/toddles and small children. Educators will learn the importance of creating healthy habits. Educators will learn how to support children when learning healthy habits. Educators will learn resources they can use to support children and their families when working on healthy habits.
