This presentation is focused on creating parent education sessions that teach parents to understand the social/emotional development of toddlers and how to support toddlers using positive guidance, specifically in the areas of biting and tantrums. This professional development session was created from the research and experiences of working with parents in an EC classroom as children expressed themselves through biting.
