Our vision as Early Childhood Professionals is to make sure each child has equitable access to "high-quality learning & care environments" (NAEYC) in this training we explore NAEYC's 2020 Professional Standards & Competencies for Early Childhood Educators, formerly known as Professional Preparation Standards. What are the knowledge, skills, values, and dispositions we must demonstrate to promote learning for all children?
