We will discuss the usefulness of creating a program philosophy. We will explore sample philosophies from family child care programs (including Spark-rated programs), as well as philosophies from Waldorf, Reggio Emilia, Montessori and other philosophy guided programs. Your program philosophy can reflect your overall values and aims in supporting your children and families, as well as guide your practice.
