Cultivate Calm in the Classroom

Join us as we explore ways to help children process strong feelings and find healthy ways to cope with stress. Equipping children with tangible tools to regulate feelings and make positive choices is a gift to all children, and especially those who experience trauma and other environmental stressors. Participants will learn how to build their own "Brain Break Tool Kit" to help create a calming routine in their classroom that all children can utilize and love. Educators will leave the session with effective strategies to empower children to express their emotions, build empathy, and solve problems peacefully.
