Participants will explore business practices designed by the Oregon Secretary of State Business Startup Toolkit. Participants will examine payroll taxes, business insurance, and employer obligations. We will determine how to support healthy interactions with families and community engagement. Participants will analyze their current handbook polices and discover how to develop strong internal child care business communications with families and employees.
