ECERS-3: Activities – Part 2
In this session, participants will examine the ECERS-3 Activities subscale, items 22-27. We will dive into the tool to understand the expectations for nature/science, math materials and activities, math in daily events, understanding written numbers, promoting acceptance of diversity, and appropriate use of technology to understand the materials needed in each activity and how they should be organized, so that children can easily access desired materials. We will discuss effective layouts and more all meant to make teachers’ lives easier! We will explore strategies to support teachers with enriching their environment to meet the highest quality standards.
