Description: In this session, participants will overview a few human development theories to provide a foundational understanding of infants' and toddlers' development. Through reflective activities, participants will identify their framework to understand child development in the first three years. This session aims to provide a basic understanding of the many ways we can view the child as they are developing, thus helping inform our practice according to developmental needs.
