Participants will explore data collection and utilization and examine the Data Use and Improvement Toolkit. The Toolkit guides leaders in the use of data towards collaborative quality improvement of small targeted actions towards change. This session will provide opportunities for participants to apply strategies for documenting data conversations and in creating new ways of constructing data dialogues for multiple purposes.
