Participants will focus on the early learning team lesson planning process as a routine of job-embedded professional learning. The Focused Teaching Cycle, a framework for promoting intentional lesson planning, is examined. Participants will explore and apply a number of tools to support effective team lesson planning and talk about the ways this routine can strengthen teacher-child interactions.
