Children have lots of questions and sometimes it's difficult for preschool teachers to know how to respond to sensitive topics. This presentation will help you navigate these conversations by providing a framework for discussing questions about diversity, equity and inclusion. We will start with defining these terms in relationship to the preschool environment, then work through each step of the framework through case studies and group discussion.
