We will be discussing how to improve practices and quality in child care programs by implementing improvement goals, and collaborating with peers. We will explore tools for self-assessment, goal-planning and collaboration with colleagues. Some of the tools we will study will be: Self-Assessment Survey, Professional Development Plan (including SMART goals), Plan-Do-Study-Act cycle, and Share & Compare protocol.
