This is an introductory session on the key components and implementation strategies for Practice-Based Coaching. Participants will define and describe the components of Practice-Based Coaching. Through the examination of case studies, participants will identify key features of collaborative relationships and will describe strategies for effective implementation of PBC. In addition, participants will develop a professional action plan to begin implementing components of PBC that lead to effective teaching practices.
