Using the suggestions put forth by author Thomas W. Phelan, PhD, this workshop will foucs on a straight foward approach to beahvior management without yelling, arguing, or spanking. Participants will learn to get kids to STOP doing what they don't want them to do and START doing what they want them to do. We will also focus on trouble-shooting problematic behaviors that don't seem to change no matter what is done. Participants are encouraged to bring their toughest cases to share.
