The Changing Face of Diversity in Oregon Child Care

Participants will examine the ethnic, racial, religious, and familial makeup of families in Oregon today and anticipate changes in the next few years. What changes will child care programs need to consider? Participants will evaluate their programs and develop a plan to accommodate these changes in their child care program.
