We often focus on the “what” of teaching: which materials to offer, which curriculum to buy, and how to set up the classroom. Those are important factors, but research shows that outcomes are actually more influenced by what teachers do - their behaviors and practices. We’ll reflect on 10 teacher behaviors that result in rewarding, culturally-sustaining connections and learning.

*** This is a HYBRID session! Please read all information below ***
1) You will participate in 2, 3-hour online sessions
(Wednesday, October 13 and Wednesday, November 17 6:00pm-9:00pm).
2) In between the online sessions, you will apply the teaching strategies in your own program to complete the asynchronous hours.

You will receive 10 hours of total training credit once both online sessions are complete.

This an exceptional opportunity to promote immediate application of effective teaching strategies for you or your staff!

Discounts are offered when enrolling 3 or more staff members from the same program.
A Saturday cohort is also available (October 9 & November 13, 9:00am-12:00pm) if weekends are better for you.
