The Inconsolable Infant

This class will focus on understanding the frustrating features of crying in normal infants and how to cope. We will focus on the Period of Purple Crying program which can help prevent Shaken Baby Syndrome. We will discuss what Shaken Baby Syndrome is, and why it is dangerous. We will also discuss and learn the signs, symptoms and injuries that can result from Shaken Baby Syndrome.
