Sourcing and Celebrating Oregon Foods in Meals and Snacks
Participants will discover ways to find and buy nutritious and culturally relevant Oregon foods to serve in meals and snacks. They will be introduced to the benefits of Farm to Table foods in Early Care and Education programming. This information provided will help to support healthy eating habits, cultivate connections to local food and agriculture, and teach children ages 0-5 how food grows.
