Cooking with Kids
Children and adults learn by doing! This interactive class will highlight the new Dietary Guidelines for Americans with hands-on cooking experience incorporating the principals of the Food Guide Pyramid and MyPlate in healthy snack and meal preparation. Strategies for engaging children in smart food choices and resources for sharing this message with parents will be shared.
