Participants will increase their understanding of selected Spark Standards and Preschool Promise Quality Standards, including supports and resources available to them. Participants will identify how to increase quality based on better understanding of Spark Standards and Preschool Promise requirements that directly affect classroom teaching. A professional action plan will be created to identify areas where quality can be increased and Spark and Preschool Promise Quality Standards will be addressed.
