Authenticity & Vulnerability, Motivational Leadership, and Expanding our Vision

Through personal reflection, videos, and self-paced activities, you will learn about leadership styles and qualities of good leaders. Time will be spent exploring the why and how of being vulnerable as a leader. You will engage in activities that will help increase confidence in your own leadership abilities. Ideas about how you can become an advocate for your students, your program, and early childhood education will be discussed.

This is a distance learning webinar. Participants will receive registration information by email the day of event to receive a link to join the event. Participants will need a device to watch, but will not be on video or audio. Participants must be logged on and viewing webinar (not only audio) for the duration of the event, and provide consistent commentary in the chat box throughout the training to receive credit.
