Participants will explore strategies to build relationships with families through an equity lens. We will share examples of research-based methods to grow relationships between childcare providers and families that are supportive of children’s development and responsive to families’ cultural values and experiences. Providers will practice applying an equity lens to assess the strengths and opportunities for growth in their current family engagement strategies.
