Promoting Healthy Food Environments in Early Care and Education

This session explores important concepts of nutrition in early learning programs, including healthy food choices, age-appropriate serving sizes, and strategies for promoting sound and culturally relevant feeding practices. Through a combination of lecture, video, small and large group discussion, the session will support participants in applying healthy, inclusive, culturally relevant health and wellness practices into children's daily lives.
