Determining Your Worth
Don’t wait for your clients to determine how much you are worth! Childcare providers, like any business, should base their rates on their bottom line. Participants of this class will set financial goals, will be given the tools to determine their budget and will learn how to set their rates to support those goals. Please bring your current contracts to determine if they support your new business plan. You will walk away knowing what you are worth, knowing the steps you need to take to meet your goals and how to communicate your worth to your current/potential clients.
