Participants will explore how a Shared Services Alliance is designed to help early childhood programs improve long-term capacity, achieve financial stability and provide high quality care to the children and families they serve. This training will provide an overview of the Shared Services framework, including how a Shared Services approach can help programs accomplish goals, such as providing high quality teaching and learning, while at the same time making sure that business and administrative tasks allow programs to run more efficiently and increase revenue through stronger business management.
