Understanding the Five Conditions of Stress

This training will help early childhood educators identity how stress impacts their cognitive and social interactions with children, families, and other staff. There are Five Conditions: a sense of time, sequence, immobility, predictability, connection, and a sense of purpose that changes as you go through stressful situations. We will explore how stress impacts early childhood educators.
