Exploring the Art of Puppetry and Storytelling in Early Childhood Classrooms

In this workshop we will explore techniques and styles of puppets and how they can be used in the classroom to promote social, emotional, cognitive, intellectual, and physical learning in young children. We will construct our own rod puppets that can be implemented in any curriculum to support the use of play as an instructional strategy.
