Mindfulness and Mindfulness at Work
Learn about and practice mindfulness especially how it can activate and grow our self-awareness, self-empathy, and self-compassion and reduce stress. Participants will be guided through a 20-30 minute mindfulness meditation sessions that they can use in their work.
