Yoga for Kids
Come join Michelle and Tania for an evening of fun & relaxation, as we explore activities to incorporate into your child care environment. Tania will focus on using breath and postures to build strength and flexibility as well as to calm the mind. Michelle, will focus on using creative movement to increase coordination, agility and flexibility in young bodies.
