This five section training takes participants through some basics of preschool program management: Roles and Responsibilities; Teamwork; Curriculum; Family Engagement; and Meaningful Evaluation. Each two hour module touches on definitions, strategies and how each module relates to overall quality to your program. If your course is offered over multiple sessions; ALL sessions must be attended to receive any credit.
